How to read this
Each price here is a single observation, captured from a live pricing page (most recently June 2026) and linked to its source. When a provider hides a price behind an intake quiz, the table says not published instead of guessing. Older observations keep their own dates; nothing here is silently refreshed.
What legitimacy means here
Licensed and insurance-capable is the strongest tier we record. Cash-pay telehealth is licensed medicine with membership pricing. Light-eligibility clinics prescribe with fewer checkpoints. Research vendors sell for laboratory use and are not for human use, full stop. The tier is a starting point, not a verdict on any single prescriber.
