What is different between GLOW and KLOW?
GLOW combines three peptides. GHK-Cu is a copper-binding peptide linked to skin and connective tissue repair, while BPC-157 and TB-500 are studied for tissue repair. KLOW includes that same trio and adds KPV, a three-amino-acid piece (Lys-Pro-Val) from the tail end of alpha-MSH, a natural hormone involved in inflammation signaling blend comparison.

Have these blends been tested together?
No controlled study has tested GLOW or KLOW as a combined blend. For recovery, single-ingredient results do not equal combined results. You cannot assume what three or four ingredients do together from what each one did alone.
What has each part shown on its own?
GHK-Cu has the clearest skin signals. Lab, animal and small human topical work link it to more collagen, elastin and supportive gel-like molecules in skin, plus support for dermal fibroblasts, the cells that maintain skin structure GHK-Cu review. BPC-157 points more toward injury models, but mostly in rodents. Preclinical models report better tendon, ligament, muscle and bone healing, while the human record is limited to a small retrospective report of knee-pain relief after joint injection, with no clinical safety data systematic review.
KPV, the part that makes KLOW different, has the narrowest record. In two mouse models of bowel inflammation, treated mice recovered sooner and showed less inflammatory buildup in colon tissue mouse colitis study. Those gut findings in mice do not translate to injury recovery in women.
